Holidays.. Aren’t they the best.
For a while I hadn’t been abroad for a beach holiday so I was really happy when me and my family went Hurghada, Egypt. It was December, and the stresses of sixth form had taken a toll on me so it was the perfect time to wind down. The holiday was perfect, with the great weather and tranquil surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of London. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sun and enjoying the food and drink at our resort.
We also went on a desert safari which was really enjoyable starting with a turbulent ride through the sand dunes. We then rode camels and ran down mountains. As the day progressed we were shown the bedouin life and went on the quad bikes. The day finished with a traditional BBQ.
My favourite day was the snorkelling trip day. We went snorkelling and were able to see the beautiful fishes; it was surely my favourite part of the holiday. We also got to see the Dolphins as they dipped in and out of the water graciously. We also went on the banana boat which was hilarious as my brother struggled to stay on. Below are a few pictures I took whilst on holiday;
